CDE Study Team
CDE staff work with schools, Children’s Developmental Service Agencies, and Division TEACCH to obtain diagnosis information on 8 year old children in central North Carolina in order to accurately estimate the number of children with autism or mental retardation.

Ms. Bell is the Project Manager of the CDE project (a.k.a. ADDM) under the NC-CADDRE. She oversees the records review of school age kids.
